- Initial Coffee Meeting
A casual chat over coffee (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into your experience, technical abilities, and vision for the future.
- Investment Team Meeting
A final discussion with our investment team to align on next steps, confirm mutual fit, and set the stage for your entrepreneurial journey.

StageZero offers two flexible investment options to suit different founder preferences:
- Option A: Uncapped SAFE
- An uncapped Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) with a discount, offering unlimited upside potential.
- StageOne retains the right to invest up to 20% in your next funding round, ensuring we can continue supporting your growth.
- Option B: Capped SAFE
- A SAFE with a $1.5M valuation cap, providing a clear valuation framework from the start.
